Payments, Fees, Discounts

Age/Grade

  • Based upon age as of August 15, 2024

Payments

  • All payments are set up through our FACTS tuition management system

  • Payment Plans available

    • annual (1-time)

    • semi-annual (2-time)

    • monthly (10 or 12 month - depending on your program)

  • Monthly payments may be setup to be automatically withdrawn on the 1st or 15th

  • First tuition payment will be due in July, 2024

  • $25 late fees will be issued when tuition is past due


Student Fee

  • FCS strives to make things as efficient and easy as possible for families wanting to enroll their child. We do this through a one time “Student Fee” which covers all registration, administrative, technology, and curriculum costs for your child. 

  • Little Warriors Student Fee - $100 due by July 31, 2024. 

  • Preschool & Elementary Student Fee - $800 with at least 50% ($400) due by July 31, 2024 & the remaining amount may be distributed across your monthly tuition payments for the year.

  • Middle School Student Fee - $1000 with at least 50% ($500) due by July 31, 2024 & the remaining amount may be distributed across your monthly tuition payments for the year.


Multi-Child Discount

  • FCS strives to make things as affordable as possible, while also maintaining a spirit of excellence for students, parents, and teachers. 

  • We offer a $350 multi-child discount for families enrolling more than one child. This discount applies for each additional child’s tuition if they are in Elementary or Middle School (K5 and up). 


Financial Assistance

  • Our heartbeat is for every family to have the opportunity to enroll their child at FCS if they so desire. We understand that enrolling your child at FCS is a sacrifice on many levels. In an effort to provide as much assistance as possible, FCS partners with FACTS, a third party organization that specializes in tuition management and aid assessment for schools all across the country. FACTS does not provide aid themselves, but rather assesses each family’s financial situation in order to help schools process financial assistance.

  • If your family desires to apply for financial assistance through FACTS you can visit the financial assistance page to submit the documents and records that FACTS requires to be able to properly assess your request. There is a $40 non-refundable fee to FACTS.

  • Upon a comprehensive review of your family information, FACTS will send FCS their assessment and recommendation. (Please allow 7-10 business days for processing)
