Current Athletics
FCS offers a variety of competitive athletic opportunities for our students and homeschool students grades 4th-12th:
eligibility requirements
Athletes new to our program must meet one of the following eligibility requirements to play FCS sports:
Currently enrolled in Fayette Christian School or FCS Homeschool Tutorial Classes
A homeschool student who has a sibling enrolled at Fayette Christian School
A homeschool student who is an active member of Fayette Baptist Church
A homeschool student who has a parent on staff at FCS or FCS Homeschool Tutorial
MSCA
FCS Athletics competes in the Mid-South Christian Athletic League (MSCA). This league exists to glorify God and promote the Savior Jesus Christ by providing a Christ-centered fellowship and competitive league for Christian schools throughout Memphis and surrounding areas. In doing so, MSCA leans on the authority of Scripture and the common notion “that in all things He [Jesus Christ – the Son of God] might have the preeminence." As a member of this league, FCS commits to adhere to the procedures formed by MSCA to promote scripturally and morally ethical athletic gameday experiences.
NACA
FCS Athletics participates in season-end national tournaments sponsored by the National Association of Christian Athletes (NACA). Since 1980, NACA has been in existence to provide excellent national tournaments in order to have an opportunity to share the Word of God with student athletes and teams, with the end goal to encourage and challenge them in their walk with God.
